We are currently working with a law firm in Kent who are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department. This role will be based in Bexleyheath.

Duties will include:

Assisting the fee earners with all conveyancing work and managing their diaries.
Speaking with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
Sending draft contract papers on a sale, including obtaining management information packs.
Replying to enquiries on a sale and dealing with Post Exchange matters.
Dealing with all aspects of post completion including SDLT’s.

Desired skills and experience:

At least 2 years + Conveyancing experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of using a case management system desirable but not essential.

What they offer:

Full time in the office – Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
Salary depending on experience up to £25,000 - £29,000
