What you’ll be doing as Legal Cashier at Wrigleys Solicitors?
In this role, you will provide support on a broad range of legal cashiering duties and work closely with colleagues across the firm including partners, fee earners, and secretaries to maintain smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Bank reconciliations for office and client accounts
Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Processing client billing, invoices, credit notes, and disbursements
Managing electronic payments (BACS & CHAPS), cheques, and receipts
Handling petty cash, expenses, and financial transfers
Supporting matter closures, interest calculations, and ledger updates
Liaising with fee earners and partners on client-related queries
What we’re looking for in a Legal Cashier:
Extensive experience in cashiering
Strong Excel skills (intermediate level)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work confidentially and professionally
Accountable and proactive approach to work
Experience with Aderant would be beneficial (although training for this can be provided if needed)
