EAC are supporting a growing organisation that values results and progression, who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fully office based, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. A position across the marketing mix, suitable for someone who enjoys being analytical, strategic and hands-on.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:

* Own and produce multichannel campaigns that professionally represent the brand and maximise lead generation.

* Analyse data and insights to evaluate campaign efficiency.

* Allocate spend and maximise budget.

* Take ownership of industry or sector initiatives as directed by the Head of Marketing.

* Support our business development team with ‘introducer’ material that helps them win new customers.

* Any other marketing duties as required by the business.

What we’re looking for in a Marketing Manager:

* 5-10 years generalist marketing experience

* Experienced analysing data and implementing improvements

* Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite and advanced Copywriting skills

* Experience building and managing campaigns independently

* Experienced with social media, websites & email marketing

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset

* Someone who thrives on collaboration and is comfortable challenging and being challenged

* Degree qualified
