Window and Door showroom Sales Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Window sales proffessional on behalf of our client. You would be driving sales by engaging with customers both in the showroom and at the customers premises. You will play a key role in showcasing the products range, understanding customer needs and guiding them through the selection process with a soft sales approach. This position will involve travelling to customers locations for consultations and coordinating appointments at the showroom to provid tailored solutions for their window, door and glazing needs.

Key responsibilities:

Customer engagment and consultation.

- Greeting customers in the showroom and provide a friendly, warm, welcoming environment.

- Conduct in-depth consultations with customers.

- Offer expert advice on product selection, installation options and design possibilities.

Soft sales approach:

- Utilise a consultative, soft sales approach to gently guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they are informed but not pressured.

- Provide customers with detailed product information.

Showroom and on-site consultations:

- Arrange appointments with csutomers for showroom visits or on-site consultations, offering flexibility based on customer preferences and location.

- Travel to customer premises to asses their requirements, take measurements, and provide product recommendations.

- Ensure accurate, detailed notes are recorded for follow up and ensure all customer requirements are met.

Sales administration:

- Maintain accurate records of customers interactions, sales leads, and appointments schedules using the company's CRM system.

- Prepare and send qoutes, product information and brochures.

- Follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses to customer inquires.

Product Demonstations and Presentations:

- Lead product demonstations in the showroom, showing the full range of windows, doors and glazed extensions.

- Assist customers in understanding how specific products can enhance their homes design and functionality.

Collaboration and reporting:

- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

- Report on sales targets, customer feedback, and market trends to Sales Manager.

- Contribute ideas and insights for improving showroom operations and customer experience.

Requirements:

- Clean UK Driving licence.

- Clear DBS Check.

- 3 years experience showroom based - Windows and doors background is essential)

- Proven experience in a sales roles, preferably within the home improvements or window and door industry.
