Maintenance Electrician - Permanent Role

Location: Feltham
Salary: £45,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (8 hours paid, 1-hour unpaid break)

Shorterm Group are working with a well-known film studio who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their on-site facilities team on a permanent basis.

The Role:
You'll be part of a small, hands-on maintenance team responsible for the electrical upkeep of the studio's buildings, sets, and production spaces. The work will be varied - from day-to-day maintenance and repairs through to installation and project work across a busy, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Planned and reactive maintenance across all studio facilities
* Electrical installation, service, and repairs
* Fault finding and testing
* Supporting general upkeep and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently
* Working in line with NICEIC/NAPIT and 18th Edition standards

Requirements:
* 18th Edition qualification (essential)
* NICEIC or NAPIT registration
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician
* Background in commercial maintenance (experience in live or production environments is a bonus)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Package & Benefits:
* £45,000 annual salary
* Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (8 hours paid per day)
* Overtime available (Time 1.5 weekends / standard rate weekdays, or time off in lieu)
* 20 days annual leave + 1 extra day per year of service (up to 25 days)
