Job Title: Full-Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work full-time within our school community. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education and provide individualised assistance to students.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, adapting activities to meet the needs of individual students.
Support students with their learning, providing one-on-one assistance and small group interventions as required.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to promote the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a similar role within a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning and development of all students.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
Understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
