Production Technician required for a stable and well-established employer that can offer a varied role with training, development and progression.

In this role you will follow printed work orders to drill, mark using a computer-based machine, assemble and pack valves ready to ship to customers.

As well as hands on production work, the role involves reading technical drawings, maintaining stock lists, goods-in and stock checks as well as keeping the workshop tidy.

The company have promoted staff from this into various other exciting roles and so progression is available.

The Production Technician: 

* Able to read Technical Drawings is preferred.
* Will have used a wide range of manual tools and / or pillar drills, lathes, callipers and gauges.
* Experience of using Windows based systems to keep track of jobs, spares, goods-in etc
