Our client within Financial Service is looking for a Collections Agent to join their busy Customer Support Team working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Duties & Responsibilitiesas the Collections Agent:

* Provide first-class support for inbound and outbound calls, emails, webchats, and other correspondence

* Assist customers facing complex financial challenges, identifying fair and appropriate solutions

* Adhere to company policies and guidelines

* Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment

* Consistently achieving service level KPIs and exceeding targets.

Skills & Experience required for the role are Collections Agent:

* Experience working within a fast-paced environment

* Experience working as a Collections Agent or a Similar Role

* Track record of exceeding KPI Targets

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Computer Systems

* High levels of accuracy/attention to detail
