Reporting to the Head of Operations and working within a team of four Project Managers, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AV and digital content solutions across nationwide client estates — managing hardware installations, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to scope.

This role combines hands-on site delivery with structured project management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind the plan and on the ground making things happen.

* Provide timely, accurate project updates to internal stakeholders and clients

* Proactively manage risks, issues and changing client requirements

* Work collaboratively with fellow Project Managers to share best practice and improve delivery methods

* Travel nationwide as required, with potential for occasional international travel

About You

* Proven experience in a Project Management role within AV (Audio Visual), technology or technical installations

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* Confident managing contractors, suppliers and multiple stakeholders

* Able to balance desktop planning with onsite coordination

* Comfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects

* Technically aware with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications

* Energetic, adaptable and solutions-focused

* Strong relationship builder who can quickly gain trust and alignment
