Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for an experienced individual to join them as a Production Co-ordinator. Your role will be to support and coordinate the Electrics and Hydraulics team. You will be the go-to person for guidance, problem-solving, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience of supervising / team leading / coordinating a team (e.g. assigning workloads)
* You have knowledge of Electrical / Hydraulic fitting and electro-mechanical assembly techniques
* Ability to read both electrical and hydraulic drawings
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
* Knowledge of H&S in the workplace
Salary: Up to £17.82 per hour + Overtime
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily tasks and support team members
* Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement
* Assist with health & safety checks and promote best practices
* Step up to cover for the Lead Co-ordinator when needed
This role would suit someone with experience as a Coordinator / Team Leader / Manager / Supervisor that has knowledge and experience of both Electrical and Hydraulics. Previous roles could include; Production Planner / Production Team Leader / Engineering Team Leader / Production Manager / Shift Manager / Auto Electrician / Mechanical Fitter / Electrical Engineer / Hydraulics Engineer / Senior Electrician / etc
