Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator – North West London - £30k + excellent benefits

Our client is a well-established company specialising in the healthcare industry; due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Supply Chain and Shipping Coordinator to join their team. This role will be based in the North West London, working 4 days in their office and 1 day from home

Responsibilities include:

* Coordinate between Supply Chain, Shipping, and Export departments to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries about shipping and export delays, offering proactive solutions.

* Daily checks on pending orders, resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.

* Address discrepancies efficiently, keeping customers informed and satisfied.

* Monitor key metrics, analyse data for improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and satisfaction.

Experience Required:

* 1-2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or Shipping department.

* International sales experience within Supply Chain would be advantageous.

* 1-2 years’ experience with using MS Office (Word/ Excel).

* Experience with using SAP system would be advantageous.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
