Job Summary

Alecto Recruitment are representing a company who offer new and used plant machinery to industries such as Agriculture, Ground care, Construction, Equine and Recycling, in their search for a new Sales Rep to lead their sales onsite and in the field. They are a reputable company across Staffordshire, holding over 30 years of experience in the industry. Alongside plant sales, they also provide service and repairs, technical support and parts supply.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage plant machinery sales
Meet and exceed sales targets
Support customer growth in the Staffordshire area
Look after existing accounts
Enhance brand reputation
Monitor industry trends

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience of successful Plant Machinery Sales preferably in the Agricultural or Construction sector
Ability to build rapport with customers
Assess market trends
Strong negotiation skills
Proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets
