An excellent secondary school in Altrincham is seeking a fully qualified Science Teacher to join our dedicated team from September 2025. This is a full-time temporary role for one full academic year, ideal for a passionate and committed educator who is ready to make a positive impact.

About the Role

Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4

Full planning, preparation, delivery, and marking responsibilities

Supporting students’ academic progress and engagement

Working collaboratively with a strong and supportive department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification

A degree in a Science-related subject

Proven experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting

Strong classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring young minds

Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
