Role: Production Supervisor / Assistant Production Manager

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (Negotiable)

Monday -Thursday 7am - 4.00pm Friday 7am - 2.30pm

We are recruiting a Production Supervisor / Assistant Product Manager for a large production facility on the outskrits of Rugby. We are preferably looking for someone who is experience working in a similar production environment however training will be provided.

Timber Packaging. You will mainly be preparing and fabricating timber packaging - casettes, timber cases, pallets etc ready for dispatch to the customer base. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for the production as well as goods in / out, procurement, supply chain and health & safety.

Work as part of a team - a team of 15 and growing.
Part of the Production Management team, reporting into a Senior Production Manager
Overseeing a team of production operatives using a range of timber / wood saws.
Demonstrate safe use of machinery and hand tools
Meet production requirements in terms of quality, accuracy and safety.
Compliance with all the company policies and procedures
Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
Involved in procurement and supply chain
Logisitics and goods in / goods out.
