We’re seeking an experienced Foreman for a major water treatment project in Strensham. Must have a proven track record on heavy industrial sites and water treatment facilities.

Essential Requirements:

* EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register)

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* First Aid at Work (valid)

* Strong leadership and site supervision skills

* Background in heavy industrial and water treatment projects

Key Duties:

* Manage and coordinate operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec

* Enforce H&S compliance and maintain site records
