Our clients and industry bodies are becoming increasingly upskilled in fire safety systems, compliance and regulation and, as a result, are now engaging more heavily with businesses such as CLM to ensure specialism and compliance.
We are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of passive fire protection projects.
Ensuring works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, you will manage project contracts from planning through to completion, supporting site operatives and overseeing day-to-day operations.
You will work closely with the Commercial team, contribute to financial monitoring and play a key role in maintaining efficient, compliant delivery in line with both industry standards and internal procedures.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide consistent operational and contractual support across multiple projects
- Monitor project performance against agreed objectives and budgets
- Promote and uphold best practices in health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Liaise with clients to maintain strong working relationships and high satisfaction
About You
To be considered as a Contracts Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing delivery projects within the passive fireproofing industry
- Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines and managing a high workload with conflicting priorities
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Good working knowledge of contract conditions, regulations and risk management
