Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are a welcoming and dedicated special needs school in Oxfordshire seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing needs, and learning disabilities. Your role will involve:

Supporting individual students or small groups with learning and personal development.

Assisting with classroom activities and tailored interventions.

Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Encouraging independence and confidence in every child.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEN (in school or community settings).

Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping every learner reach their potential.

Able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
