Overview

We are recruiting experienced and professional HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join our client’s operation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of driving skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service while representing our client on the road.

Key Responsibilities

*

Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle in accordance with UK road laws and company policies

*

Complete scheduled trunking work, depot runs, and deliveries as required

*

Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects or safety concerns

*

Maintain accurate records, including tacho entries and delivery documentation

*

Communicate effectively with transport teams and customers

*

Provide a professional and courteous service at all times

Essential Requirements

*

Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

*

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

*

Good written and spoken English

*

Strong understanding of driver hours and working time regulations

*

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Shift Patterns

*

Night Shifts: Start times between 23:00 – 03:00

*

Day Shifts: Start times between 06:00 – 10:00
