Alcester Salary: £28-30,000 per annum | Full-Time Based in the office

We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our client’s sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This role is office-based.

What You’ll Be Doing in this Administrative Role?

Logging customer service agreements and scheduling planned maintenance visits

Cross-referencing client CAFM systems with our internal job management software

Invoicing completed jobs with accuracy and speed

Managing customer portals: uploading job sheets, invoices, and quotes

Providing excellent telephone and email support to clients and engineers

What We’re Looking for in this Administrator Role

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

Strong Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

A team player who’s eager to grow and improve within the industry

Previous admin experience (ideally in a technical or service-based company) is desirable
