I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Head of Property and Workplace Services. This is a Permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their London offices.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous experience working in a similar role, delivering real estate strategy and a seamless operational service, providing a premium client experience across all locations.
Must have previous experience working in Strategy, ops management and service delivery, with strong business continuity planning and sustainability.
Ability to influence, build business cases for new locations.
Previous experience of overseeing a design and fit out of new and existing locations.
Ability to bring people on board through workplace change and provide project support to international offices
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day facilities management & maintenance for UK offices alongside overseeing the outsourced facilities management.
Embrace a client-led focus and continually strive to deliver client service excellence.
Overseeing property project management, financial and carbon emissions management and optimising the productivity & satisfaction of staff through any workplace change.
Building strong relationships with specialist 3rd party suppliers, (such as advisory agents, architects, workplace strategy & design consultants, sustainability and health & safety).If this matches your skillset then send your CV for our careful consideration
