What will your role look like?
Managing customer communication via email and telephone
Handling inbound and outbound calls, including:
Sales enquiries
Complaint handling
Appointment setting for senior closers
Responding to emails relating to:
Sales
Complaints
Technical advice (training provided)
Chasing quotes and outstanding invoices
Supporting the sales process and maintaining accurate records
This is a developmental role. Initially, you will focus on building knowledge and booking appointments for senior closers. Over time, you will be trained and supported to close deals independently and manage your own accounts.
