Salary: £20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4.30pm

A well-established manufacturing company specialising in high-end bespoke furniture. Due to continued growth and the expansion of existing contracts, the company is recruiting skilled Bench Hand Joiners to join its team of craftsmen in Leicester.

The Bench Hand Joiner Role
As a Bench Hand Joiner, you'll manufacture, assemble, and finish high-quality wooden furniture using a range of tools and machinery. You'll work from detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, precision, and an excellent standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke wooden products
Work accurately from technical drawings
Quality-check and finish your own work
Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Supervise and coordinate a workshop teamThe Candidate:

Experienced in high-end bench joinery, laminating, or cabinet making
Skilled in using hand tools and woodworking machinery such as routers, edge banders, planers, and table saws
Apprentice-trained or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Previous experience in a supervisory roleApply:
