Leading manufacturing company based in Redditch is looking for an Administrator to join there expanding team.
Successful candidate for the position of Administrator would ideally assist with the organisation of transport, suppliers and materials between sites and maintaining exceptional record keeping. Offered on a temporary to permanent contract, this position of Administrator is available for immediate start.
Duties of Administrator:
* Booking in stock and raising purchase orders
* Assisting with recruitment
* Adding orders onto in house system and performing data entry tasks
* Assisting with payroll
* Liaise with suppliers and customers
* Assisting in organising documents, reports and generating reports for management
* Providing general administrative support including managing phone calls, emails and correspondence
Skills and attributes required by Administrator:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Previous experience within a similar Administrator role – desirable
* Accurate data entry ability
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Hours: 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary to permanent
