CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £60K, WOLVERHAMPTON BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION.

An opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor to join a Wolverhampton based Groundworks Business to operate within their expanding commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £65m is seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business.

Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by an Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
• Quantity Surveying experience needed.
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or associated Qualifications
• Am understanding in Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Remuneration:
• Up to £50,000 p.a
