Litigation Solicitor — Position Overview:

You will manage your own caseload of litigation matters with a strong focus on property disputes, including:
Landlord and tenant issues
Possession claims
Boundary disputes and breach of covenant mattersYou will work closely with clients to deliver practical, commercial legal advice.

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:

Handle a varied caseload with emphasis on property litigation.

Manage landlord & tenant disputes, including residential and commercial.
Conduct possession proceedings, injunctions and debt recovery where required.
Draft pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation.
Prepare cases for negotiation, mediation and court hearings.
Work directly with clients, counsel and third parties.Requirements of the Litigation Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor (likely 1+ PQE, but all levels considered).
Strong background in property litigation with proven case handling experience.
Confident managing a mixed contentious caseload.
Excellent client care, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and support wider team practice areas.
