Working on a temporary contract for a sheltered housing contractor who works to provide housing to refugees and the homeless.

Your new role

Carry out responsive repairs across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling).
Diagnose faults and determine the most effective solutions.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in multiple trades within property maintenance.
Full UK driving licence - this role requires travel between properties.
An own vehicle is provided for this role for the first 12 weeks (van provided after probation).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What you'll get in return

You will get a long-term temporary position with the possibility for a permanent position in the future.
