Salary: £30,498
Contract: Temporary (Until August 2025)
Location: Liverpool

Basic DBS is required.

We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Tenancy Officer to join our Neighbourhood Housing Team in Liverpool. In this role, you'll take ownership of a wide range of tenancy management queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with our policies and procedures. With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you'll be instrumental in supporting tenants and delivering a high-quality service.

About the Role

As a Tenancy Officer, you will:

Manage and resolve tenancy management processes that were previously handled by Neighbourhood Officers, making decisions in line with policy, legislation, and tenancy agreements.

Process tenancy assignments and carry out all necessary investigations.

Act as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for case-specific enquiries from front-line teams.

Triage and respond to customer complaints received via the website or email.

Ensure full compliance with organisational procedures relating to control, risk, and governance.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience working with tenants is essential.

Knowledge: A background in housing is preferred.

Skills: Ability to work flexibly, prioritise tasks effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.

A full UK driving licence is required
