Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 7:00pm (9.5-hour shift – flexible review available) No Weekends

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an Experienced Cleaner/Supervisor to join a dedicated facilities team in Aylesford, Kent. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.

This position is ideal for Experienced Cleaner/Supervisor who is reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. If you have previous experience and are confident leading by example, there is an opportunities to take on supervisory responsibilities within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily cleaning duties across designated areas to a high standard.

Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.

Monitor stock levels and replenish, report any maintenance or supply needs.

*

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet site requirements.

*

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

*

Support and guide junior cleaners, helping to maintain quality and efficiency, (If applicable).

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience as a Cleaner in a professional or commercial setting.

* Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Desirable: Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
