Caddy Group are looking for a hands on Mechanical Estmitator to join their clients pre consrtruction team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for building services and infrastructure projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing
• Evaluate and manage risk during the tender process
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
• Support the bid team with timely and accurate submissions
• Attend client and site meetings where required

The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within construction or building services
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in construction
• Excellent numerical and IT skills, with experience using estimating software
• Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or related discipline
