As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process — from business development to candidate placement. You’ll build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, matching the right people with the right opportunities.
? Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage client relationships through calls, meetings, and networking

Understand client hiring needs and create recruitment strategies

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles

Write and post job adverts to attract top talent
*
Manage the interview process and offer negotiation

Achieve and exceed targets in a supportive, high-performance environment
