As a Freight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end movement of goods across multiple transport modes. You will ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of shipments while maintaining excellent communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international and domestic shipments across sea, air, road, and rail.
Liaise with carriers, agents, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and delivery notes.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records in the transport management system (TMS).
Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates, exceptions, and service improvements.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support client needs and optimise logistics solutions.Experience

Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, ideally in a
multimodal environment.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
