A family run fast growing projects and maintenance company are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Contracts Manager to join their team. As a member of this award-winning team you will be responsible for managing and overseeing planned and maintenance works for the retail and commercial sectors.

For this role you must have a hands on reactive maintenance background who holds a wide knowledge of building knowledge.

Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Lichfield

Package: £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Role and Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage programmes of work to ensure projects are delivered to timescales

* Meet with clients and assess work to deliver within budget

* Responsible for the management and recruitment of labour resources

* Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades

* Assist in the future development of the company

* Deal with any customer enquiries and concerns

Qualifications/experience:

* Trades background is preferred

* Able to use a range of IT packages (Outlook, Word and Excel)

* Quoting / estimating is required

* Ability to work within a pressured environment

* Able to multi task

* IOSH – Desirable
