Marketing Manager – Exclusive Role – Midlothian – Up to £45,000 – Permanent

Valeco Recruitment is working exclusively with a fast-growing business based in Loanhead, Midlothian, to recruit a Marketing Manager. This is a permanent, full-time role, newly created to help lead the company through a pivotal phase of brand and marketing development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update company websites

*

Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, print)

*

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to generate engaging content

*

Mentor and support a marketing apprentice

*

Play a key role in defining and delivering brand strategy

Person Specification:

*

Hands-on marketing experience, ideally in an SME or multi-brand environment

*

Confident working across digital platforms and marketing tools

*

Ability to work independently and lead projects

*

Experience mentoring or line managing desirable

*

Excellent communication and project coordination skills
