Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead H&S representative across two manufacturing sites.
Report directly to the Factory Manager, working alongside senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with all current Health & Safety legislation, standards, and policies.

Provide training, guidance, and coaching on safe practices to all departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and compliance records.
Monitor safety performance and drive improvements across both sites.
Liaise with external bodies and internal stakeholders during inspections and audits.
Promote and embed a strong health and safety culture throughout the workforce.
What We're Looking For:
A confident, capable advisor who can manage H&S across multiple sites.
Clear, engaging communicator with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Strong understanding of the challenges in food manufacturing environments.
Able to work autonomously, manage priorities, and build strong working relationships.
Core Competencies:
Sound knowledge of current H&S legislation and implementation in practice
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Analytical and solutions-focused
Committed to continuous improvement and personal development
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
Proven H&S experience within a manufacturing setting (food preferred)
Comfortable working across multiple sites with minimal supervision
Skilled in Microsoft Office and H&S reporting systems
Experience delivering safety briefings or toolbox talks
If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact across multiple sites-without line management responsibility-this opportunity offers the autonomy, variety, and challenge to elevate your H&S career
