Full time Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer opportunity
£45,000 per annum salary + overtime opportunites @ x1.5 & x2 every 2nd weekend - if wanted.

There’s a permanent opportunity available as an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our prestigious clients' team based in Epsom, Surrey.

The Role

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
Maintaining site based records and log books
Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and emailHours of Work

Monday – Friday (7am-4pm/9am-6pm)
There will be a 1 in 2 call out rota which will include an additional paymentBenefits

Additional earnings available through overtime - if wanted

City & Guilds Mechanical or equivalent
Experience maintaining fan coil units and AHU’s in a commercial environment
