Working Pattern: Flexible, including peak customer hours
Shifts:
* Mon-Fri: 10:00-20:00
* Sat: 09:30-18:00
* Sun: 10:00-16:00

Role Summary

We're looking for a confident and engaging In‑House Product Demonstrator to deliver face‑to‑face product demonstrations. You'll showcase key features, support the sales team, and ensure every customer has a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, easy‑to‑understand product demonstrations
Approach and interact with customers to highlight features and benefits
Support sales by guiding customers toward the right products
Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing demo area
Share customer insights and feedback with the wider team
Assist with events, showroom activity and product setup

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in product demonstration, retail, or customer‑facing roles
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to quickly understand products and explain them clearly
Professional, reliable and confident when engaging the public
