We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant , Level 3, to join a PRU school in Lichfield. Ideal candidates should possess:

Qualifications or Certificates:

Relevant qualification in education or related field (Level 3).

Enhanced DBS clearance.

Experience:

Previous experience working in a PRU or alternative provision setting is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils, including the provision of specialist skills.

Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour and additional needs.

Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and procedures.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching staff and contributing to the development and education of pupils within a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit).
