Key Responsibilities
·Undertake research and analysis to support planning applications and development proposals
·Prepare high-quality planning statements, reports, and presentations
·Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
·Provide professional planning advice across a range of projects, including rural developments

Requirements
·Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
·Proven experience in a town planning role
·Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and regulations
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Demonstrable experience in rural planning
