Senior Residential Property Solicitor - Bristol
A highly reputable Law Firm in Bristol requires a Senior qualified Residential Solicitor. we are llooking for someone with around 8-10 yrs experience. Looking for a senior residential property solicitor with long experience and legal expertise to control the output or a sub- team of 4/5 x staff lawyers dealing with a mix of residential property work mainly shared ownership transactions being purchases, sales, staircasing, lease extensions but including straight transactions mix.
The role will be to assist with residential sales and purchase caseload, and developing a commercial property portfolio in time with the partner.
The role offers a good mix of residential work including some high net worth clients, developers and investors. Candidates will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and take responsibility for work under supervision and be able to deal with clients confidently.
Candidates will Need to both supervise the output of enquiries, report on title, reports on searches of team and actually conduct transactions themselves.
On-site with max 1 day per week remote.
Salary to £60k plus bonus and benefits. please apply asap
