We’re looking for a Reservations Executive to join our friendly team in Hertford. You’ll play a vital role helping diners book tables, solving problems when things aren’t straightforward, and making sure every guest receives the best possible service.

What you’ll be doing

Helping guests book tables at amazing restaurants

Problem-solving to give guests the best possible outcome

Accurately managing bookings and finding solutions when requests aren’t available

Sending booking confirmations and handling emails and enquiries

What we’re looking for

A proactive attitude and great attention to detail

Good literacy skills and a professional telephone manner

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll provide full training

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Working hours

Full-time (40 hours per week) on a set rota, including some evenings and weekends.
Our office is open 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week
