Severnside 4 on 4 off (2 days & 2 nights, 7-7) £45,000 - £50,000

We're looking for an Engineering Technician to play a key role in maintaining and improving cutting-edge production equipment in a fast-paced environment. Roles & responsibilities:

Provide safe, front-line reactive maintenance and get equipment back into service quickly.
Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical systems.
Lead shift-based problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Identify and implement cost-effective improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach operators on asset care tasks and collaborate as part of a high-performing team.What We're Looking For

Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical/Electrical bias with multiskilled capability.
ONC/HNC qualification (IOSH/Nebosh desirable).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Benefits:
