About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations at a busy food manufacturing site in Peterborough.
You'll be responsible for bringing structure and efficiency to the warehouse, improving stock control processes, and overseeing 3rd party storage operations.
This is a practical, on-the-ground leadership role - ideal for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:

Organise and streamline day-to-day warehouse operations
Improve and maintain robust stock control systems
Manage and liaise with 3rd party storage providers
Lead and motivate warehouse staff
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
Identify opportunities for continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG
Strong knowledge of stock control systems and warehouse processes
Confident working in a hands-on leadership capacity
Excellent organisational and communication skills
