An elite international law firm is seeking a high-calibre Real Estate Finance Associate to join its London office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on market-leading transactions within a top-tier, US-style platform.

The Role

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of high-value real estate finance matters, acting for major lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and investment funds on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Matters will include:

Investment and development finance

Acquisition and leveraged finance

Refinancing and restructuring

Multi-jurisdictional real estate-backed lending

Advising on complex security structures and intercreditor arrangements

You will work closely with partners recognised as leaders in the field and collaborate regularly with colleagues across the firm's international network.

Candidate Profile

UK-qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE

Strong experience in real estate finance gained at a leading City or international firm

Outstanding academic background (strong degree classification and training)

Excellent technical ability, drafting skills, and commercial awareness

Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with sophisticated clients

Motivated, detail-oriented, and keen to develop within a high-performance environment
