They’re seeking a talented Engineer who can act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, engage with teams on the ground, and make a tangible impact.

What you’ll be doing:

Hunting down and eliminating waste across operations.
Driving efficiency improvements and embedding lean culture.
Applying lean methodologies to boost performance across multiple sites.
Partnering with teams, getting into the detail, and implementing real-world solutions.
What we’re looking for:

A graduate engineer with at least 2 years’ experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
Hands-on, proactive, and genuinely passionate about lean.
Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and data analysis expertise.
Solid experience applying lean tools (5S, 7 Wastes, time & motion, root cause analysis).
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
A team player with strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel across multiple UK manufacturing sites.
