Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct gas servicing, inspections, and safety checks, adhering to Gas Safe regulations.
* Efficiently diagnose and repair gas appliance faults, ensuring residents' comfort and safety.
* Maintain accurate records of service visits and reports.
* Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing tenant inquiries courteously and professionally.
* Collaborate seamlessly with our team to exceed service level agreements.
Qualifications and Qualities:
* ACS Qualifications are mandatory including HTR1 and CKR1
* Proven experience in gas servicing and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector.
* Outstanding problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
