Parking Customer Services Officer

Location: Hornton Street, W8 7NX

Start Date: ASAP                                               

Contract Duration: 3+ Month

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 17.73 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to parking clients.

Handle inquiries and resolve parking-related issues.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Ensure compliance with council policies and procedures.

Person Specifications

Must Have:

Strong analytical skills.

High attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in IT and computer applications.

Ability to plan and organize effectively.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in customer service roles.

Knowledge of parking systems and regulations.
