Job Title: CNC Setter
Location: On-site — Coventry, CV6

Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday

Days, Afternoons or Rotating shifts available

Days - 06:00 - 14:00 (06:00 - 12:00 Friday)
Afternoons 15:00 - 23:00 (12:00 - 18:00 Friday)

CNC Setter Rates of Pay:

Candidates may choose from the below shifts:
Set Day Shifts - £15.24
Set Afternoon Shifts £16.75
Rotating Shifts between Days and Afternoons £16.75

CNC Setter Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter to join our team. This hands-on role involves setting and operating Milling Machines, ensuring parts are manufactured to high standards and tight tolerances.

CNC Setter Key Responsibilities:

• Setting CNC Milling Machines
• Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
• Using a range of measuring equipment to ensure parts meet specification
• Ensuring efficient setup and cycle times
• Performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

CNC Setter Requirements:

• Proven experience setting and operating CNC Machines.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Confident using measuring tools (e.g. Vernier's, micrometers, gauges)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
