I’ve joint forces with a Housing association based in London, who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor.

What you will do:

* Respond to failed, ineffective or damaged assets when a fault has been identified.

* To carry out pre-inspection of repairs to tenanted and void properties within defined timescales, set targets, schedule repairs and raise orders

* Help catch up with the backlog of Disrepair within residential properties

But you already know all this!

How to apply:

Don’t worry if you don’t have a qualification as long as you have relevant experience that will do.
