Position: Labourer
Temporary - Permanent Position | £12.24 per hour | Full-Time Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM

What You'll Do:
As a Labourer, you'll be an essential part of our production process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in the production process
Ensuring the work space is clean, safe, and organised
Supporting colleagues with various tasks
Performing quality checks and maintaining attention to detail
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to contribute to a positive work environment. You should have:

Strong attention to detail to ensure quality output
Good communication skills to work effectively with your team
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Previous experience within ceramics industry preferred
