About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing and dynamic contractor specialising in the installation of EV charging stations within existing petrol forecourts, alongside complete shop fit-out and refurbishment works on the same sites. With live projects running nationwide and a busy forward order book, this is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, forward-thinking business at the forefront of the EV infrastructure boom.
 
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple EV charging and shop fit refurbishment projects across the UK.
Each project typically runs for approximately 12 weeks, and the role involves managing all on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations for EV charging and shop fit projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and forecourt regulations.
Liaise closely with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
Drive progress to meet tight deadlines within live, operational environments.  
Requirements
✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects (forecourt, EV infrastructure, or retail/shop fit).
✅ PFS (Petrol Forecourt Safety) Accreditation - essential.
✅ Valid SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and other relevant tickets.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
✅ Willingness to travel and stay away when required - the company will always aim to keep you as close to home as possible.
✅ Full UK driving licence.
